| How we help you Unique Staffing Solutions is specifically focused on supporting Lithuanians who wish to take advantage of their status as EU members, and come to work in the UK. Whether for financial gain on a temporary basis for three to six months, or longer term, with a view to developing a career and bringing your family, we are here to help. Everyone has different requirements, which is why we pride ourselves on providing solutions based on your own individual circumstances. We provide the level of support you need, which often means the need to start working as quickly as possible. Our main aim is to find you a job relevant to your background as quickly as possible. Dependant on your mix of skills and experience, we may well be able to place you directly with an employer. We all know, however, that it is much easier to find the right job, relevant to your individual skills, once you are here in the UK. You will need to attend interviews, research the market and so on. Unique Staffing Solutions are able to provide a 'Stepping Stone' by providing temporary employment while we assist you in finding the right position. For example a nurse or physiotherapist may work as a Care Assistant while registering to practice in their chosen profession, or someone with an engineering background may work in a warehouse or light industry for a few weeks while we arrange interviews for a job utilising his Engineering background. Your options will be discussed in more detail as part of the application process, as everything will depend on your personal situation, how long you wish to remain working in the UK, what job you are doing, and so on and so forth. Unique Staffing Solutions will take care of all your legal and administration requirements, from registration with the home office through to setting up your bank account, advice on travel, shopping, living in the UK etc. There is nothing you need to worry about...we will take care of all your individual requirements...from registering with the General Medical Council to practice as a doctor through to gaining a Health & Safety Certificate to work on a building site Accommodation will also be provided, again according to your specific requirements, but guaranteed to be of a high European standard. You may wish to stay with us temporarily until you find your own place and are joined by your family, or you may wish to stay in one of our shared houses, with other Lithuanians, for the duration of your stay....rest assured, whatever your personal situation, we will always remain "as individual as you". In view of earnings and income, the rate of pay will of course very much depend on the job you are doing. Dependant on the position, you may be paid weekly or monthly based on an hourly rate, or monthly based on an annual salary. Income will of course be tax deductible, and you will also pay National Insurance contributions, although you will be entitled to free medical care as a result. |
